State Senator Jessica Ramos invites families from across Queens and New York City to join the 5th Annual Calle Colombia Festival on Saturday, June 20, 2026, for an afternoon of music, folklore, culture, and community pride in the heart of Jackson Heights.
Taking place from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Calle Colombia (82nd Street and 37th Avenue), the festival will bring together residents, local organizations, artists, and small businesses to celebrate the vibrant Colombian community that has helped shape the cultural fabric of Queens.
This year’s festival will feature live music, traditional folkloric performances, cultural showcases, family-friendly activities, special surprises, and opportunities for neighbors to come together and celebrate the World Cup while supporting Colombia’s national team.
“Calle Colombia is a celebration of everything that makes Queens special, our diversity, our culture, and the strong sense of community that brings people together,” said Senator Jessica Ramos. “For five years, this festival has been a space where families, friends, and neighbors can celebrate Colombian heritage, support local organizations and businesses, and create lasting memories together. I invite everyone to join us as we celebrate our culture and cheer on our national team.”
Since its launch in 2022, the festival has grown into one of the district’s signature cultural events, attracting hundreds of attendees each year and highlighting the contributions of the Colombian community throughout Queens.
