State Senator Jessica Ramos will host a community forum on human trafficking titled “Behind the Hustle: The Reality of Work, Survival, and Exploitation.” The event will bring together advocates, legal experts, members of academia and service providers to discuss the realities of human trafficking and exploitation impacting local communities, with a particular focus on concerns along Roosevelt Avenue.
The forum will provide an opportunity for attendees to engage in an open conversation about these issues while fostering community awareness and engagement.
