Now in its 5th year, BAILANDO POR UNA CAUSA has become one of New York’s pre-eminent celebrations of love, life and dance. Join us as Baila Society brings together a diverse mix of New York’s most esteemed dance companies for a night of breathtaking performances at El Museo del Barrio to benefit the Latino Commission on AIDS.
Each genre of dance represents the cultures and traditions of the diverse communities supported by the Commission and equally engage in addressing the impact and stigma of HIV/AIDS in our country.

As the fastest growing group in New York City and the United States, increased efforts are crucial in order to improve the health and wellness of Latinos and all of our communities. In New York City alone, over 36,000 Latinos live with HIV/AIDS.
