The Latino Shorts Film Festival of New York is seeking submissions for films under 26 minutes!
The deadline for submission is August 10th, and the festival is October 9th to 11th. (Información en español más abajo). This is the 11th CORTOCRIRCUITO festival to be held at King Juan Carlos of Spain Center in downtown Manhattan.

ENTRY INSTRUCTIONS: * Genres: Documentary, fiction, animation, experimental * Foreign Language Films must be subtitled in English * Films should be no longer than 26 minutes in length, and must have been released during the 24 months prior to the date of the Festival. * Preview format must be online data, via web link. Please DO NOT send films to be download. DVDs are accepted in the case that you are unable to submit your film online. * Preview DVDs should be clearly labeled with the title, running time and contact information (name, phone number, e-mail.) * The formats for film exhibition will be Quicktime 1080p H264 .mov .mp4. Other formats may eventually be used and will be analyzed case by case by the festival producers. * Please download this form http://www.cortocircuito.us/2013/submission-form-2014/ and don’t forget to fill out crucial information such as Filmmaker name, Title, Running time, Film description, Address/phone/email and any related press materials, including press kit, a list of other festivals at which your film has been screened and HR photos Deadline: AUGUST 10th, 2014

- Los filmes en lengua extranjera deben estar subtitulados al inglés * Filmes no deben durar más de 26 minutos y haber sido producidos en los últimos 24 meses * Las copias para consideración deben ser via online a través de una liga; se aceptarán dvds en caso de no ser possible enviar la liga. No se aceptan links para descarga * Los DVDs para revisión deben estar marcados con el nombre del filme, duración, teléfono y email * Los formatos de exhibición serán Quicktime 1080p H264 .mov .mp4. Otros formatos pueden ser usados eventualmente y deben ser analizados en particular por los organizadores del festival. * Por favor llene la forma http://www.cortocircuito.us/2013/submission-form-2014/ y no se olvide de incluir titulo, descripción del filme, nombre del director, duración, 2 fotos del filme en alta resolución, materiales de prensa, participación en festivales, contacto (teléfono y email).
