The employees and medical staff of New York Hospital Queens are dressed in red today, National Wear Red Day, to show their support for heart health awareness during Heart Month.

To help area residents learn more about risk factors and the steps necessary to manage heart disease, the Heart & Vascular Center of New York Hospital Queens (NYHQ) is sponsoring a month-long series of free, public healthy heart presentations, screenings and demonstrations.
