Hispanic Federation, the nation’s premiere Latino membership organization together with LaGuardia Community College will hold its Annual Career Expo on the campus’ Greenway on Wednesday, May 15, 2024, from 12 pm – 4 pm. The Expo will feature nearly 50 employers including Bank of America, Presbyterian Hospital, and the New York State Department of Civil Service, seeking to fill open positions within their organizations. The Expo is presented by Hispanic Federation and LaGuardia Community College and is sponsored by the New York City Department of Youth & Community Development. This year’s Career Expo will fully shut down the Greenway on the campus between 29th Street and Skillman Avenue in Long Island City, NY.
Organizations and businesses will be offering on-site job interviews and an opportunity for job seekers to connect with employers directly. In addition, attendees can connect with resource-providing organizations for career advice, questions, and networking opportunities. The event is free of charge for job seekers.
